Sectors we know from the inside

Fuel retail is our specialism. But the same team has built systems for clinics, universities, telecoms, development agencies and retail chains — and the sector context is usually what separates a system people use from one they work around.

Primary specialism

Fuel retail & energy distribution

Independent stations, multi-site networks and distributors. This is where we have the deepest experience and the largest deployment base — 40+ stations live across Lebanon, including Aytam (27 stations), Kilani (7) and the Rasamny Group (6 branches on full automation with POS and chain management), alongside forecourts trading under Total, Coral and independent brands.

What makes fuel different is that the software has to agree with physical hardware and physical liquid. A retail system that miscounts a t-shirt causes an inventory query. A forecourt system that miscounts diesel causes an argument about theft. That difference shapes everything about how the platform is built.

  • Dispenser automation & locking
  • Tank gauging & wetstock reconciliation
  • Loyalty, prepaid & postpaid fleet cards
  • Shift & attendant accountability
  • Forecourt POS, shop, oil change, car wash
  • Multi-station consolidation & pricing

Typical fuel client problems

  • Variance that only appears at month end, when it is too late to investigate
  • Credit customers whose true exposure nobody can state
  • Attendants’ sheets that never quite match the till
  • Deliveries accepted on trust, verified never
  • Four sites, four sets of books, one exhausted accountant
  • Running dry on diesel during the one week it mattered

Healthcare & clinics

Our iClinics platform runs appointments, patient records, visit notes, prescriptions, invoicing and insurance handling for private clinics and practices, with online booking and secure payment.

Healthcare software lives or dies on whether the receptionist can work faster with it than without it. We design for the front desk first and the report second.

  • Appointments & online booking
  • Patient history & clinical notes
  • Invoicing, insurance & payments
  • Multi-practitioner & multi-branch

Education & training

School registration and fee management, plus e-learning platforms for course delivery, assessment and certification. Our clients in this sector include the Lebanese University.

Education systems face a hard constraint: enrolment happens in a two-week window every year, and the system either holds up under that load or becomes a story people tell.

  • Enrolment & class allocation
  • Fees, instalments & receipts
  • Course delivery & assessment
  • Progress tracking & certification

Retail & wholesale

POS, stock management across locations, purchasing, barcode operations, promotions and multi-branch consolidation — with accounting on the same ledger rather than in a separate package.

  • Multi-branch POS & stock
  • Purchasing & supplier accounts
  • Promotions & loyalty
  • Multi-currency pricing

Fitness & membership

Gym and club management: memberships and renewals, class scheduling and bookings, check-in, trainer allocation, freezes, expiries and recurring billing.

  • Membership lifecycle & renewals
  • Class booking & capacity
  • Check-in & access
  • Recurring & instalment billing

Telecom & distribution

Work delivered for clients including Africell Holding: stock and item tracking across distribution chains, dealer and channel reporting, and custom operational tooling.

  • Distribution & dealer networks
  • Serialised item tracking
  • Channel & territory reporting
  • Field-force mobile tools

Development & public sector

Delivery for organisations including GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and a full ERP, accounting and management system for Banin Charity. Development, charitable and institutional work brings its own requirements: auditability, reporting to donor formats, and systems that outlive the project team.

  • Auditable records & approval trails
  • Structured reporting for funders
  • Beneficiary & asset tracking
  • Documentation & handover
What carries across

Different sectors, same three failures

After enough projects you notice that the industry changes but the reason systems fail rarely does.

  • The system was designed for the report, not the work. Management got its dashboard; the person at the counter got slower. They route around it, and within a year the data is fiction.
  • Nobody owned the data. Two systems both think they hold the customer master. Reconciling them becomes somebody’s permanent part-time job.
  • The edge cases were treated as rare. The instalment payer, the split shift, the second currency, the customer who is also a supplier. They are not rare; they are Tuesday.
